Transforming Customer Engagement with Nuzest’s Exclusive Members Club
Nuzest, a health food brand, aimed to add value for their product subscription customers by developing a members-only club with exclusive benefits. This club offered access to sessions with a nutritionist, workout routines, recipes, lifestyle guides, and special brand promotions.
Project Scope:
I collaborated closely with the client to conceptualize and implement the members-only club as a dedicated subdomain on their main website.
Research:
We started by conducting research with Nuzest's existing customer base to understand their values and determine how a members-only club could meet their needs. Insights from this research revealed customer priorities and usage patterns, enabling our team to make informed decisions on the benefits to include. Notably, workouts emerged as the most valued feature, which prompted us to allocate additional budget toward professionally recorded workout videos with certified trainers.
My Role:
I had the privilege of working with Nuzest over a two-year period, during which I developed landing pages, graphic assets, and customer communications. My deep familiarity with the brand allowed me to create wireframes that evolved into polished landing pages built on Shopify. My responsibilities included designing custom iconography and infographics to enhance the user experience and effectively communicate the exclusive benefits of the brand’s loyalty program.
